Our Aims and Objectives

At Hazles Farm Childcare, our vision is for every child to flourish to their full potential within an inclusive, diverse and nurturing environment. We provide a safe, secure “home from home” where children feel happy, valued and confident to be themselves. Through imaginative play, curiosity-led exploration and supportive relationships, we encourage children to become independent, resilient learners who are excited about their learning journey.

We offer a broad, balanced and creative curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting children’s personal, social, emotional, physical, creative and intellectual development. Our practice builds on what each child already knows and can do, ensuring no child is excluded or disadvantaged. Strong partnerships with parents, carers and other professionals are central to our approach, alongside robust safeguarding and inclusive practices. With dedicated key workers, a rich indoor and outdoor learning environment, and a commitment to equality, diversity and wellbeing, we lay strong foundations for children’s future learning and life beyond the nursery.
